Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders $50+. For orders under $50, shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship from?
From partner warehouses inside the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Most arrive about 2 to 8 business days after they ship. Peak holiday weeks can add a few days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. If it has not shipped yet, we will change or cancel it.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at eonflondon@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right. Some items cannot be returned, including personal care goods (such as beauty products), custom items, sale items and gift cards. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Wigs and hair
What does "wear and go" or "glueless" mean?
The wig is designed to go on without lace glue, using the built-in band, combs or adjustable straps. Check each product page for the hair type, length, cap size and lace details.
How do I keep my wig and hair looking good?
Sleep in a satin bonnet or on a satin pillowcase, detangle gently from the ends up, and use heat protection when you use hot tools.
Shapewear and fajas
How do I pick my size?
Measure your waist at its narrowest point and your hips at their widest, then use the size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, email us your measurements and we will help you choose.
Will shapewear help me lose weight?
No. Shapewear and fajas smooth and shape your silhouette under clothes while you wear them. They are fashion garments, not medical devices. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or have a health condition, ask your doctor before wearing compression garments.
Payment and security
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options shown at checkout on your device. Checkout is secure and handled by Shopify; we never see your full card number.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders.
